Tatiana is a ESG and sustainability consultant with 12+ years of proven experience across Russia and Central Asia, including senior consulting roles at KPMG and EY. She successfully led ESG and climate-related projects for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, supporting the development of sustainability frameworks for private companies and regulatory bodies.

Grigory has 25+ years of professional experience in capital markets, investor relations, corporate disclosure, and ESG. His expertise covers international securities offerings, disclosure under Russian and international law, corporate governance, and sustainable development. He has led complex projects related to public offerings, annual reporting under international standards, and the establishment of internal disclosure and data-collection systems to meet regulatory and investor requirements.
Between 2000 and 2015, Grigory was extensively involved in Eurobond issuances, syndicated loans, and EMTN programmes (Reg S / Rule 144A), including debut transactions. His experience includes coordinating internal information flows, managing legal due diligence processes, preparing offering memoranda, engaging with rating agencies (S&P, Moody’s, Fitch), and supporting investor roadshows. From 2000 to 2020, he also played a key role in building investor relations functions, developing disclosure systems, and managing engagement with investors, analysts, stock exchanges, and regulators, including the London Stock Exchange and FCA. Since 2008, he has been involved in the preparation of annual reports, including FCA- and LSE-compliant annual financial reports, and contributed to the methodology development for the Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition.

Elizaveta has 17+ years of professional experience in Big4 consulting (KPMG) specializing in internal control systems, internal audit, financial and IT audit. She has extensive expertise in designing and transforming internal control and internal audit functions, including building these functions from scratch and aligning them with international regulatory and stock exchange requirements.
Her project experience includes preparing major banks and large corporates in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for IPOs and regulatory reviews, conducting external assessments of internal control and risk management systems, and developing target operating models, control testing methodologies, fraud risk assessment frameworks, and conflict-of-interest matrices within key IT systems. Elizaveta has also led SOX and J-SOX compliance projects for international companies across banking, telecom, IT, FMCG, retail, and manufacturing sectors, and regularly delivers executive-level trainings on internal audit, risk management, and internal control.

Alexander has profound expertise in investments and in commercial real estate field, having been in managerial capacity for some 30+ years in the US and Russian entities including 16 years in the PPF Group.
His responsibilities included looking for potential assets to invest into and due diligence thereof, deal structuring, negotiations, project management and exit management. He was also involved in a number of other transactions in such industries as retail trade of household appliances, insurance, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.
His previous career also included Pioneer Group, Inc. (USA), the World Bank (Washington, USA), the Horizon investment company and Moscow State University.
Alexander has 15+ years of experience in corporate disclosure, corporate governance, and reporting process automation. He specializes in preparing non-financial and sustainability disclosures in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB, as well as building internal disclosure functions for pre-IPO and public companies.
His professional background includes preparing annual financial and sustainability reports under UK FCA requirements, developing disclosure methodologies, supporting Eurobond prospectuses, and advising issuers on best practices in ESG reporting. Reports prepared under Alexander’s leadership have received over 15 awards at the Moscow Exchange Annual Report Competition. He is also a regular conference speaker and co-author of industry guidance on sustainability and corporate disclosure.
